The Protein Spot began with a simple goal: to create a welcoming place where everyone feels seen, included, and part of a community.

Inspired by our own wellness journey, we wanted to offer flavorful protein shakes, healthy smoothies, energy teas, protein coffee, and other convenient options like pastries for busy days.

Opening The Protein Spot was not easy. At the time, we were also operating On Point Nutrition in West Chicago. With limited resources, we had to open a new shop while continuing to provide great service at our other location.

We were familiar with serving the Latino community, but opening in Downtown Wheaton allowed us to connect with people from many different backgrounds. We learned, adapted, and continued working toward our purpose: making every customer feel welcome and seen! 

Today, The Protein Spot is more than a nutrition shop. It is a place where customers become regulars and regulars become friends. Whether you visit for a protein shake after a workout, an energy drink for an afternoon boost, or a friendly conversation, there is always a spot for you.
